Ethics and integrity

 

Due to our permanent commitment to ethics, transparency, and corporate governance, Infra Investimentos has implemented its Compliance Program, according to the Brazilian Anti-Corruption Law (No. 12,846/2013) and its regulation decree, as well as the best compliance practices.

 

The Program was created to engage a culture of integrity in all Infra Group companies, through internal mechanisms and procedures to encourage wrongdoing reports.

 

Our Code of Conduct and Anti-Corruption Policy is part of this goal and synthesizes the principles, rules, and minimal standards of conduct that guide its projects and are available for all stakeholders, applying to the following companies:

The communication of possible violations of applicable laws or company policies and standards can be anonymously reported, always ensuring the confidentiality of reports, by the e-mail integridade@infrainvestimento.com.br.

 

The Infra Group does not tolerate retaliation or punishment for those who file a report of good faith and responsibility.
