In 2013, from a spin-off of Infra Construtora, Infra Investimentos was founded. A private business group composed of multidisciplinary and highly qualified professionals with established careers in the financial, infrastructure and energy markets.

With a solid and proven track record of performance and success in its investments, the Group is a national benchmark in the infrastructure and energy sectors.

Track Record

2013

Foundation

Infra Investimentos is founded as a spin-off of Infra Construtora, a company with broad experience in heavy construction, both public and private, focused on infrastructure projects including slope containment, paving, drainage, road conservation, water and sewage treatment networks, and multifamily, school and hospital constructions.

2019

Airport

Following the Group's restructuring, Infra Investimentos entered the national airport infrastructure sector, winning the concession for Campos dos Goytacazes Airport, located near the Campos Basin in the State of Rio de Janeiro. With a total area of 2 million square meters and a 1,544-meter runway, the airport handled over 3,000 flights and more than 25,000 passengers per year.

2020

Oil & Gas

Launch of executive aviation fuel resale operations at Bartolomeu Lisandro Airport in Campos dos Goytacazes, in a joint venture with Air BP, a subsidiary of British Petroleum.

2021

Heliport

Infra Investimentos won the concession for Heliporto Farol de São Tomé, the largest offshore support base in Latin America and the nearest continental point to the Campos Basin oil platforms in Rio de Janeiro State. The heliport records over 80 daily flights and more than 400,000 passengers per year.

2021

Energy

Infra Investimentos' broad regulatory expertise enabled the Group to act as advisor to the winning consortium in the emergency auction held by ANEEL for the acquisition of reserve electrical energy in October 2021. The project involved installing 4 floating thermal power plants in the Sepetiba Basin, Rio de Janeiro, totaling 560 MW of installed capacity and a total investment of R$ 11 billion.

2022

Natural Gas

Acquisition of a 51% stake in Norgás, encompassing 5 natural gas distributors in the Northeast region of Brazil. This natural gas asset was divested and sold for R$ 935 million in 2024, a milestone in the country's natural gas distribution sector.

2023

Oil & Gas

Launch of executive aviation fuel resale operations at Heliporto Farol de São Tomé, also in a joint venture with Air BP, a subsidiary of British Petroleum.

2024

Oil & Gas

Launch of 4 additional executive aviation fuel resale operations: at Galeão International Airport and Santos Dumont Airport, both in Rio de Janeiro State, and at Congonhas Airport and Campo de Marte Airport, both in São Paulo State. All units operate as a joint venture with Air BP, a subsidiary of British Petroleum.

2026

Oil & Gas

Launch of 2 additional executive aviation fuel resale operations: at Pampulha Airport and Confins Airport, both in the State of Minas Gerais. All units operate as a joint venture with Air BP, a subsidiary of British Petroleum.
